1、 Overview
Using purified water as raw material water, high-quality pure steam is produced through a pure steam generator equipment, which fully complies with the current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) verification requirements and meets or exceeds the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the United States Pharmacopoeia, the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, and the European Union Pharmacopoeia for pure steam in the pharmaceutical and biological products industry. It is an ideal equipment for aseptic sterilization and disinfection of pharmaceutical process equipment, sanitary containers, pipeline valves.
2、 Working principle
The raw water is transported to the preheater for preheating by the input pump. The preheated raw water enters the evaporator tube side, and the evaporator shell side is connected to the raw water in the factory steam heating tube. The secondary steam generated during the evaporation process is separated by the secondary separator at the upper end of the evaporator and enters the steam buffer tank. The separated concentrated water settles to the bottom along the middle tube of the evaporator and is discharged. The stored pure steam is purified and separated again by the upper steam water spiral separation device inside the buffer tank, thereby obtaining dry and high thermal energy pure steam, which is transported to the production process steam point for disinfection and sterilization.
3、 System composition
The system consists of an evaporator, preheater, steam buffer tank, pure steam condenser, electrical control system, instruments, and pipelines.
