1、 Industry Overview
The food and beverage industry is a conscientious industry for the nation. With the intensification of global pollution and people's pursuit of health, stricter requirements have been put forward for the food and beverage industry. Ordinary municipal tap water or underground deep well water is no longer sufficient to meet people's needs. The country has gradually formed a comprehensive regulatory system for the food and beverage industry, including the establishment of enterprises, production processes, and finished product inspections. We are now implementing a food hygiene and safety license system (QS certification) for many food and all beverage industries, which requires purified water, usually pure water, to be used for both process and finished water.

1) Air shower room
he air shower room is a necessary purification equipment for personnel entering clean rooms and cleanrooms. It has strong universality and can be used in conjunction with all clean rooms and cleanrooms. When personnel enter the workshop, they must use this equipment to spray strong and clean air from various directions through a rotatable nozzle, effectively and quickly removing dust, hair, debris and other debris attached to clothes. It can reduce the pollution caused by people entering and leaving the cleanroom. The two doors of the air shower room are electronically interlocked, which can also serve as an airlock to prevent external pollution and unpurified air from entering the clean area. Eliminate staff from bringing hair, dust, and bacteria into the workshop, achieve strict dust-free purification standards in the workplace, and produce high-quality products.
2) Air purifier
Air purifier, also known as "air cleaner" or air freshener, refers to a product that can adsorb, decompose, or convert various air pollutants (generally including decoration pollution such as dust, pollen, odors, formaldehyde, bacteria, allergens, etc.), effectively improving air cleanliness. Currently, household and commercial air purifiers are mainly used to remove indoor air pollution.
3) Mineral water technology
Mineral water is natural or artificially exposed, uncontaminated underground mineral water that emerges from deep underground; Containing a certain amount of mineral salts, trace elements, or carbon dioxide gas; Under normal circumstances, its chemical composition, flow rate, water temperature, and other dynamics are relatively stable within the natural fluctuation range. Mineral water is formed through deep geological circulation and contains minerals and limiting indicators specified by national standards. Choosing suitable mineral water based on physical condition and regional differences in drinking water can help supplement minerals, especially trace elements. Drinking mineral water during the summer season to replenish minerals lost through sweating is an effective method.
The nine boundary indicators specified in the national standards include lithium, strontium, zinc, selenium, bromide, iodide, silicic acid, free carbon dioxide, and total dissolved solids. Mineral water must meet one or more of the requirements of the boundary indicators, with the required content being (unit: mg/L): lithium, zinc, and iodide are all ≥ 0.2, selenium is ≥ 0.01, bromide is ≥ 1.0, silicic acid is ≥ 25, free carbon dioxide is ≥ 250, and total dissolved solids are ≥ 1000. Most of the mineral water on the market belongs to strontium (Sr) and silicic acid types.
4、 Food and beverage water industry standards
The water used in the food and beverage industry usually requires pre treated purified water or purified water, with a conductivity usually below 10uS/cm, which meets the GB 17324-2003 bottle (barrel) drinking purified water hygiene standard.
